At The Vet

Phoebe's puppies went for their 1st shots on August 24. Then, yesterday they all were microchipped. It is a wonderful litter of playful, well-adjusted pups. As of today it looks like we are down to three pups. Won't be long before it is a lot quieter around here. I have very mixed emotions. Gonna miss the little buggers.

Eight good puppies! That's Flash, Lightening and Thunder in the front row.

The doctor checking out Lightening's belly.

Getting her shot, Lightening was so good. Never made a peep.

Now for a check of the bite.

Looking into Sundew's ears.

Checking her neck and front.

We have such a gentle vet. No one cried.

  3. We're having a blast with our little guy. I didn't know he was a jumper. He climbed onto our landscaping rocks then jump to the ground. It was about 2 to 3 feet to the ground! I was chasing him to try to prevent him from doing it again, joke was on me he ran around me and did it 2 more times before he decide to chase a moth instead. He has quickly become the source of our family entertainment! (and so incredibly loving)-Pics on the way Jaqui-thanks you a million times over for sharing your beautiful puppies with us!!! - Michelle and Family

  4. Thanks for the update Michelle. Just be sure he doesn't do much jumping at that height. Even though Georgie was the biggest pup in our litters, his bones aren't strong enough yet to withstand that. Maybe keep him in a different part of the yard until he's a couple months older. I'm so glad Georgie's found your family and that this is such a good fit for you.
